1. Using Sony Vegas 9 and a Dazzle capture device, Vegas says the capture device is being used by another program.  Help is appreciated and more details will be given if needed.

UPDATE: If attempting to capture in other program, like Pinnacle studio, make sure settings are configured correctly.  Also the preview image will have a delay, about 3-5 seconds on an older computer. Use a simple splitter to send video to tv as well as capture device.
